AIA San Francisco’s Design Awards program celebrates the best in architecture and urban design in the Bay Area. Recognizing achievement in a broad range of architectural work by members and nonmembers, the program serves to inform the public of the breadth and value of architectural practice. Winning projects are featured in California Home + Design and all entrants are considered for inclusion in the San Francisco Living: Home Tours weekend as well as top, national design publications.

FEE WAIVER
In consideration of the difficult economy, AIA San Francisco invites current AIA San Francisco members undergoing financial hardship to submit up to two entries in the Unbuilt Award category using a fee waiver. Please note that the fee waiver does not apply to any other category. The Unbuilt Award category was chosen because of the high number of AIA San Francisco members currently engaged in designing projects not yet completed. Entries that receive a fee waiver will not be identified as such to the jury and will be managed internally by AIA San Francisco staff. Download a copy of the Fee Waiver Request Form here.
