This dilapidated building, once the mayor’s (horse) stable, has been transformed into a catalyst for change: an incubator for small, locally owned businesses and a community hub and meeting house. Sensitively scaled and planned for cross pollination, this exceptional renovation has become the heart of the neighborhood.
