Join AIA San Francisco and the local architectural community at SFJAZZ Center to celebrate the winning projects of the 2014 AIA San Francisco Design Awards. The 2014 Gala honors the best of Bay Area architectural design and recognizes achievement in a broad range of architectural work. On this special evening, AIA San Francisco also bids farewell to Executive Director Margie O'Driscoll. She moves on to the next stage of her career after 12 years of commitment to the organization and design profession.

The SFJAZZ Center, which opened in January 2013, is the first freestanding venue in the United States designed specifically for the performance and appreciation of jazz. The transparent, three-story Center provides SFJAZZ with its first permanent home in the organization’s 30-year history and establishes a hub of music, culture, and community.

Designed by Mark Cavagnero Associates, SFJAZZ recieved a 2013 Excellence in Architecture Honor Award from AIA San Francisco.
