He has a background in carpentry, construction project management, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University in business administration and real estate. Kaylen combines practical, hands-on knowledge with a passion for building science to provide engaging jobsite trainings and educational events for architects, installers, and distributors. He provides over 50 training sessions per year in his mission to educate the industry on better building practices.
