Connecting with Clients: Using the Three Levels of Listening
Establishing, maintaining, and growing relationships with our clients is at the heart of business success for all creative professionals. What does it take to connect with clients in a way that sustains such relationships, in good times and in bad?
The answer is listening. We all know there’s a price to pay for not listening but did you know there is power in listening with purpose? In fact, there are three distinct “levels of listening”.
Participants will gain an awareness of what we “hear” at each of the different levels and learn some simple techniques to practice when communicating with clients or collaborators.
