    Tuesday, May 11, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am PDT

    REGISTER AIA Member: $10 | General: $15 | Student: $5

Join us as AIASF Housing Committee Chair Paul Adamson FAIA LEED AP, will lead this conversation with Heidi Lubin, Founder, eSix Development Partners, a real estate development firm & smart cities consultancy.

This conversation will explore Heidi's work at the intersection of "missing-middle" housing development and green building. What do humans need?  How do we meet those needs while being excellent stewards of our environment?  We'll examine design, financing, and construction challenges that must be met to realize successful results at the smaller scale, how that relates to the missing middle and recommendations on engaging residents in the project of sustainability and civic engagement.

Co-presented by AIA San Francisco and the Center for Architecture + Design, San Francisco in collaboration with AIASF Housing Committee.

Thank you to our Community Partners
