He sits on the firm’s Executive Committee that oversees SCB’s operations, risk management, finance, and strategic pursuits, providing firmwide leadership and direction. While in the Chicago office, Pete led teams on the award-winning restoration of the Nichols Tower as part of the historic Sears Catalog Facility in Chicago’s Homan Square; One Rincon Hill in San Francisco; The Legacy at Millennium Park in Chicago; and the Guglielmino Athletics Complex at the University of Notre Dame. Since relocating to California, Pete’s projects include 399 Fremont and Solaire, residential apartment towers in San Francisco; 615 Eighth Avenue, a condominium project in Seattle; and Park Lane Ala Moana, Anaha, and Victoria Place, all luxury condominium projects in Honolulu.

Pete received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
