The Next Wave – Progressive Design-Build: Team View

    Wednesday, January 20, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm PST

Have you seen the next wave coming? It is progressive. Join current and future partners for this three-part series focused on Progressive Design-Build, presented jointly by AIASF and DBIA WPR. Learn from pioneers in the industry who have experienced the benefits and challenges of the delivery methodology. Come prepared with an open mind and any questions you might have. The format for each of the three virtual sessions will be moderated panel discussions, opening up to participant questions. Join the conversation and be ready to navigate the progressive wave.

The first session in the series is project focused and perspective dependent. Hear from each of the primary partners who delivered the recently completed Chico State University Science project. Gain perspectives from the Owner, Designers, and Builder. Understand why this delivery methodology was selected, if the Owner’s expectations were met, whether the Architect felt that design was honored in delivery equation, if the Contractor’s methodologies were impacted, and what surprises were encountered along the way.

Registration is open at the bottom of this page.
