ARE Prep Class: PPD13 + PDD13 Building Systems, Materials & Assemblies …
This program is CLOSED for registration and will open as the event date draws nearer.
This “Sustainable Systems (Energy and Water Efficiency and Indoor Air Quality) (Kaplan – Chapter 1 Energy efficient design strategies Water conservation / waste reduction strategies Indoor air quality” course is taught by Joel Stout, AIA.
The ARE preparatory sessions are designed by the AIASF Architecture Licensing Committee to focus on what we deem to be the most important issues that may be required to pass the AREs. These classes are open to anyone, but you must pre-register to attend—including ARE Pact students who made a commitment to take all the ARE exams within a one-year period.
The ARE classes are taught pro-bono by registered architects and engineers working in their profession. For any questions about the ARE class content and architectural licensing, send a message to aresfcourse@gmail.com. View the full, detailed course schedule here and view and register for upcoming classes here.
Dinner is provided at no additional cost to students for each class on a first-come, first-served basis.
