Lindsay MoonMortgage Broker, Searchlight LendingLindsay Moon, originally from Toronto, but a Bay Area resident for two decades; she knows a lot about construction and homes in general, some might say she’s a home expert. As a former licensed general contractor, and now a licensed mortgage broker with Searchlight Lending and builder with Green Galaxy Builders, she’s got a lot of knowledge of all that goes into construction and how to get the right financing.
Searchlight Lending is an independent full-service brokerage that offers residential, commercial, construction, private money and SBA loans; they’re able to shop for the best rates and deals amongst many different lenders which helps give their clients an edge by knowing they have an ally who’s able to compare lenders. Lindsay is also passionate about making construction greener and more affordable and strongly believes that prefab construction methods are going to help revolutionize an industry that’s overdue for an overhaul.
Lindsay lives in Novato with her family and animal menagerie. When not geeking-out on homes, design, and architecture, she’s gardening, volunteering, sailing, or going on adventures with her family.
