PG&E – Integrated Design Process: Project Goals and Metrics –How to Establish Them, Assess
Description:
This is the first session in a series on how owner/design/construction teams working on nonresidential and highrise residential projects can work in a more integrated manner regardless of delivery method. Integrated Design can result buildings that have greater value to an owner, improved durability, better environments for occupants, and use less energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This session presents different types and degrees of integrated design and provides examples of projects that successfully worked in an integrated fashion to achieve project goals. Using those projects as case studies, staff from Integral Group will discuss strategies that support a successful integrated design/construction process.
This event is free and qualifies for 1.5 AIA HSW learning units.
