ARCSINE is looking for a senior level architect with 8-12 years of experience and an intermediate level architect with 4-7 years of experience in tenant improvement, renovation, and adaptive re-use within the hospitality, retail, workplace and large-scale mixed-use projects.  Experience in residential is a plus. A successful candidate is self-motivated, demonstrates creative design aptitude and technical competence, and can manage multiple concurrent projects. They thrive with personal responsibility and accountability but also embrace open communication and team-oriented success.

A Senior Architect at Arcsine will oversee hospitality-focused new build and renovation projects, and under the direction of the Principal in Charge (PIC) and/or Director, successfully lead an internal team of peers through all phases of work from concept through construction administration. An Intermediate Architect at Arcsine demonstrates mounting technical knowledge and creative vision while working independently, or with light oversight in hospitality-focused renovation and new build projects. Under the direction of a Senior Architect, Director of Architecture and/or Principal in Charge (PIC), the Intermediate Architect will participate in developing concepts and exploring design solutions through all phases of work from concept through construction administration.
