Ariel Gessler Architects
As a full-service firm specializing in custom residential projects, we design beautiful houses and estates that enhance our clients’ lives, built for generations. We’re fortunate to be in demand and continuing growth. We’re seeking talented and creative individuals to join our team.
If you’re interested in only working with a limited set of skills, we’re not a good fit for you. But if you have talent and want to elevate your career by collaborating with an amazing team, and contribute your efforts to projects that have meaning, then we could be a fantastic match.
At AGA, we are extremely passionate about our work. With a focus on design excellence, we offer creative solutions and guidance to our clients throughout the entire project. We promote sustainable building practices because we take responsibility for our work. Honest care is given to the design process and how we connect and interact with our clients, staff, and colleagues. Current work includes high-end homes and historic residences throughout the Bay Area, each with modern interjections that create unique spaces.
Your professional development and advancement will be encouraged with AXP support, continuing education funds, and reimbursement plans for ARE, CSE, & LEED AP exams. You’ll receive a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, 401(k) contributions, donation matching, and more. Plus, we take our fun seriously around here with happy hours and outings: everything from architectural tours, to sailing trips, to axe throwing.
Located in La Lengua of Mission/Bernal Heights in San Francisco, our design studio is close to public transportation, fantastic restaurants, and plenty of fog-free sunny skies. Working from home options may be available.
All employment at Ariel Gessler Architects is at will, and overall compensation is commensurate with your education, experience, and talent.
