We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to join our team as a Director of Resort + Recreation to spearhead our resort and recreation initiatives.
Bull Stockwell Allen is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in resort, hospitality, and recreation projects in extraordinary locations throughout the United States.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Director of Resort + Recreation to lead our firm’s projects and initiatives related to the resort and recreation studio. This individual should be a fully licensed architect in the United States and have extensive professional experience in the architecture industry with a focus on resort and recreation design. This individual should possess both an entrepreneurial attitude and a desire to lead a growing and passionate team.
This role is responsible for bringing in and managing new business for the firm, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading the firm in culture and process. A strong leader, the successful individual will be a clear and thoughtful communicator with both external and internal stakeholders. This individual will need to understand the business behind the architecture profession and be able to make appropriate decisions with our senior leadership team.
This role has the option of ownership, so we are seeking someone who will be an integral member in this firm’s growth and future.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Licensure as an Architect in the United States
· A Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Architecture
· 15+ years of professional experience in the architecture industry with a focus on resort/recreation.
· Advanced knowledge of Revit
· Consistent experience in a leadership role
· Proven ability to maintain strong professional client relationships
· Strong understanding of the architecture business and financial obligations
· Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
· Strong design skills
