We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Architect with strong management skills and a desire to grow into a Leadership role with the potential for eventual Principal position to join our Team as a Senior Project Manager.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a fully licensed architect with strong design and project management skills. You have a desire to grow into a Leadership role and eventual Principal position within a small and mighty architecture firm. With more than 5 years of experience, you feel confident in your technical skills, particularly in Revit, and in your ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple teams to sustain project objectives, maintain project schedules, and manage your Team efficiently, delegating tasks appropriately and checking in frequently to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are being met. You are willing to put together proposals and contracts, coordinating cordially and efficiently with fellow senior leaders and clients.
You want to be the leader in project management at the firm, leading project management meetings and actively participating in general firm operations meetings. You have an innate ability to lead by example with mentorship qualities, are dedicated to long-term client relationships, and have exceptional communication and organizational skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 5+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
- A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
- Licensure as an Architect
- Technologically strong – Revit proficiency is a must
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members, consultants, and clients
