SOCIAL, RESPONSIBLE, CREATIVE!
Field Paoli is a creative team of architects and designers. We consider every detail to lift people out of the mundane and subvert their expectations of public places. We infuse every building, and the spaces between, with thoughtful details that make people want to be there—and come back again and again.
We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our vibrant, collaborative, and design-focused office. Come help us design the next generation of social gathering spots; be it a cool coffee shop, a healthy restaurant, a hip grocery store with a brewery, or a mixed-use neighborhood growing out of a redeveloped mall, we do social at every scale.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for making a difference in the world, takes the opportunity to share design ideas, demonstrates technical know-how, and actively participates in design charrettes and other internal forums. A good eye for design, skill in creating graphic presentations, and strength in critical thinking and problem solving are essential.
Organization, great communication skills, and being a team player are qualities needed to succeed in our collaborative work environment. Self-starters who proactively ask questions, can manage their time, and can move projects forward by looking for the next steps will do well.
We have a professional development program, offering time and monetary allowance on an annual basis for employee curated development. We value professional licensure and encourage and support our team members to move forward in this pursuit. Our salary is competitive, and our benefit package includes paid vacation and sick leave, medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, as well as social and educational opportunities.
