Project Manager (5+ years)



The Role:

An ideal candidate will:

  • Have their own professional goals
  • Lead their project successfully from Schematic Design through Construction.
  • Successfully manage consultants and their team.
  • Engage with clients on the design process, manage expectations, and provide continual updates.
  • Take the lead during the construction process by providing solutions to technical challenges and clarifications while preserving design integrity.
  • Take complete ownership of and accountability for the project’s success and execution while being supported by the principals and general freeform staff.


Freeform is a residential design studio comprising both architectural design and interior design. At our core is a commitment to collaboration, passion for our work, and collective hard work without ego. While we occasionally take on other project-types (when they are creatively interesting), we are focused on and passionate about high-end custom residential projects and hope that you are too.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of full-time experience.

An undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited architecture program.

A comprehensive understanding of project delivery.

Extensive use of Revit in a professional setting. This means 3+ years of professional use putting together comprehensive, high-quality architectural drawings. This also means use of Revit in all project phases and for all sheets.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

High degree of professionalism.

Ability to transition between multiple projects and tasks.

Driven and self-starting.
