KTGY is looking for a Senior Designer to take single-family home design to the next level. We seek a someone with proven design leadership, the creativity to generate new floor plan concepts and elevations that respond to current and future market trends, excellent communication skills, strong management skills, and someone who is a good team player.
We want to tap into your creative energy, giving you the freedom to develop fresh ideas while also working directly with our Managing Principal and other Senior Leaders on design. You’ll join a larger collaborative team with an exceptional reputation for defining residential design in the Bay Area and have the opportunity to shape and extend that reputation.
Success for someone in this position means continuously searching for innovative single-family residential design solutions, juggling multiple projects simultaneously, successfully navigating city design approval processes, significantly contributing at client meetings, resolving difficult challenges through impactful means, adding to the discourse of design in the studio, and working and playing well with others.
- 8 – 10 years with industry experience and within the same capacity
- Accurate and detailed oriented.
- Able to work in a collaborative environment.
- Able to work on multiple projects and maintain effective communication and quality control.
- Understanding and proficiency using the following software:
- Adobe Suite
4-year Architectural degree preferred and/or combination of required education and experience.
