We seek talented and well-rounded staff to join our team full-time and collaborate on exciting commissions. The ideal candidate would draw upon their experience and expertise to lead and mentor project teams, coordinate with consultants, and develop design solutions. Qualifications:

Candidate shall have the following qualifications and skills:

• 8-12 years of professional architectural experience.
• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited US architecture program.
• License to practice architecture is strongly desired.
• Well-rounded professional background that includes creative architectural design and documentation experience at all project phases, technical research, and detailing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated within a multi-disciplinary team context.
• Proficiency in Revit and presentation graphics software (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and hand sketching) is required. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp desired.
• Knowledge and implementation of sustainable design practices; LEED Accreditation is desired.
• Construction administration and project management experience.
• Familiarity with state and local building codes and accessibility requirements.
