Are you an emerging Marketing professional with an interest in what we do and a passion for promoting our work?

We are looking for a smart, organized, productive person to be a key part of our Marketing and Communications team. This position reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with the Graphics Manager and senior leadership of the firm in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment. You will be empowered to take on a wide range of roles and responsibilities shaped by your skills and interests. We hope to find someone who is well organized, creative, adaptable, and eager to learn new things.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination/preparation of Proposals & Qualifications packages
  • RFQ/RFP lead tracking and market research for business development
  • Draft written content for project descriptions, resumes, award submittals,
    PR/publicity, and website
  • Social media: Participate in strategy and content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • CRM database maintenance: contacts, project data, and business development activities
  • Management of marketing file structure
  • General marketing support to Marketing Director
  • Event planning assistance for marketing & BD events, conferences and tradeshows, annual holiday party, etc.

Requirements for the role:

  • Minimum BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a Marketing or Communications role, ideally at an architecture/engineering/construction firm
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Strong people skills and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, coordinating and executing on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and technical writing skills, inc. grammar and spelling
  • Editing/proofreading capabilities are a plus
  • Social media management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (In Design)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in the office 3+ days per week*

*Currently, this is a hybrid position split between 3 in-office and 2 optional remote days.

Pay range: $65-80k, commensurate with experience
