Our client is a local Property Management firm in San Francisco that focuses on affordable housing with an in-house Design Department. They are currently looking for an Architect or Senior Job Captain that needs to have technical rehab experience on multi-family Residential projects. They need someone part-time for roughly 20-30 hours/week on going.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, a strong understanding of AutoCAD, CD production experience along with CA and plan checking experience, Adobe Suites ability, a motivated, collaborative, and open-minded attitude, and good communication skills. A degree in architecture or related field is required- preferably an accredited professional architecture degree: B.Arch. or MArch.
