SSDP is a mission-driven Architectural and Interior design firm dedicated to place making through the craft of architecture. Our clients are also mission-driven non-profit developers dedicated to underserved communities and to making a dent in the housing crisis.

Qualifications:

• 7-15 years of post-architectural degree experience.
• Having a passion for architectural practice.
• Interest in working on all phases of affordable multi-family housing buildings.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative work environment.
• Problem-solving skills in the context of physical and logistical constraints.
• Understanding the building code and the ability to apply it throughout project phases.
• Understanding the building systems and the ability to actively coordinate the systems with various consultants throughout project phases.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in hand sketching as a design/ problem-solving tool.
• Registered Architect in the US or near completion of the ARE process.
