AIASF Mentorship Knowledge Community is advancing the profession of architecture by connecting professionals through a speed match to pair mentors and mentees. We support the collaboration and the exchange knowledge between mixed groups from all backgrounds and experience levels through various events we host through the year to encourage groups to stay together. We facilitate cross-generational interaction between established and emerging professionals for personal and professional development. Our program is open to everyone.
