ENTRY to INTERMEDIATE Level Designer (Juniper Architecture)
JUNIPER ARCHITECTURE is seeking a qualified ENTRY LEVEL to INTERMEDIATE Designer / Architect with 0-3+ years of architectural design and documentation experience. Candidates should be able to work independently, take direction well and have a strong interest in developing their architectural skills while producing drawings and models. Responsibilities will include: Documentation & Detailing, 3D-Modeling, Coordination w/ team and consultants. We are a small office and candidates will be exposed to all stages of the design process from inception to construction. We are growing, and we are looking for someone to grow with us and take on more responsibility and independence as their experience and skill set grows.
Our office is located near Ocean Beach and we are just a few blocks from Golden Gate Park in the Outer Richmond. Our office respects an active lifestyle and our work hours reflect that. Producing the work is key but the hours worked can be flexible as long as the requirements of the job are respected.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelors of Architecture
- Proficent in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop
- Meticulous drawing, and 3D modeling skills
- Highly organized and able to adapt to office organizational structure
- Ability to manage ones time and create a high quality final product on pace with expectations
- Ability to switch tasks and projects quickly and with fluidity
