Design Support & Project Coordinator (Part-Time - SF) (Andrew Mark Construction)
About Us:
Andrew Mark Construction is a high-end residential construction firm serving long-term homeowners in San Francisco. We’re hiring a part-time, in-person **Design Support & Project Coordinator** to help manage pre-construction presentation materials, design document flow, and basic office logistics.
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a design eye who enjoys being part of a team—helping keep the physical and visual aspects of our pre-construction and project coordination workflow organized and client-ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working around both design and construction materials.
Responsibilities Include:
- Print and organize design drawings and pre-construction materials
- Assist with visual proposal materials (client folders, binders, sample boards)
- Track and store drawing revisions (physical and digital versions)
- Maintain sample cabinet and project-specific material storage
- Support, Admin & Sales with light project admin and visual formatting (as assigned)
- Sort and scan mail, paper timesheets, HR paperwork, and plan sets
- Keep the office stocked, tidy, and client-ready (supplies, snacks, cleanliness)
Schedule & Pay:
- 2–3 days/week (6–9 hours/week)
- In-person only (Inner Sunset, SF)
- $30–$35/hour, based on experience and design-related skills
