Registration is free; RSVP required for this program in order to receive the Zoom Webinar information. Consider donating to help expand the Center for A+D’s exceptional educational and program offerings, like this one. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Join us as we launch the eponymous virtual exhibition and discuss the Dedalo Minosse International Prize and the decades-long partnership between the American Institute of Architects/San Francisco (AIASF) and ALA Assoarchitetti. The global roster of presenters will explore its historical context, selection process, retrospective of past winners, the significance of the Dedalo Minosse International Prize and will include a special presentation of the Regione Veneto Special Prize and the Dedalo Minosse Under 40 Prize. Note: Information about the exhibition will be circulated on the day of this program.
Founded in 1997 to emphasize the client’s role as a fundamental partner of both the architect and the builder in generating high-quality work, the Prize is awarded biennially by a jury that includes internationally renowned architects, writers, art historians, journalists, industry executives, and planning officials. Eligibility is open to architects, engineers and clients from around the world, with separate recognition for established architects and those under 40 years of age.
