A partner at TCA, Radziah Loh, AIA, LEED AP, has over 30 years of experience in the architecture field, working on a variety of project types including mixed-use, multifamily residential, student housing, and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects. In addition to her role as Principal In Charge of theOakland office, Radziah is also the Technical Director who oversees the training of all technical staff.

William S. Duff, Jr., AIA, LEED AP, founded William Duff Architects (WDA) in 1998–an award-winning practice that is nationally recognized for responsive, sustainable architecture. His work is known for its elegant simplicity and a sophisticated use of space, light and materials.  In addition to NCARB and LEED certifications, William holds architecture licenses in five states (CA, CO,AZ, OR, WI). William received his Bachelor’s in Architecture from Cornell University and his Master’s in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Stanley H.
