Architect/Senior Building Envelope Consultant

Aquatech Consultancy, Inc.

Website Aquatech Consultancy, Inc.

Aquatech Building Enclosure Consultants is seeking an experienced and independent professional – an architect, engineer, or contractor – with a keen interest in building envelopes. You will play a vital role in specializing in the intricate aspects of a building’s exterior. Responsibilities involve leading projects and clients through various phases including design, documentation, construction, and forensic evaluation, with a primary focus on the building enclosure.

We foster a friendly and supportive work environment that encourages both professional and personal growth. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and talented team of architects, engineers, and contractors dedicated to delivering exceptional work. At Aquatech, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance and value our employees’ interests and passions. We promote a culture that recognizes the importance of work-life balance by evaluating individuals based on the outcomes of their work rather than the hours spent in the office and offering flexible schedules and remote work options when possible.

We are seeking an individual capable of managing clients, projects, budgets, schedules, and team members; developing or reviewing design details and specifications; managing construction administration documentation; and conducting site observations.  We are seeking an individual capable of interacting directly with clients and communicating clearly, and who has an interest in each phase of the design and construction process. Salary is based on candidate qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
